How can i get my backup file from Digital OCean Account

Hi , My Vesta CP logs shows that all database backups are deleted and my site is down . Also it now taking any backup for .tar file . If i select to backup it shows it taking existing backup . I would to get my most recent backup file to restore my site .

You can check all of your droplet’s snapshots from the control panel. Have you made any recent changes via the Vesta control panel and also what is the exact error you’re getting when you try to load your site? Have you checked if all services are running fine, e.g your web server?
