Thanks for reaching out.

For users using a credit card for their billing profile, charges are processed automatically on the first day of each month.

For users using PayPal to pre-pay you can make a payment from the Billing area of the Settings section of the control panel. Click on your avatar image in the top right of the page and select “Settings”
