I want to restore my droplet as new and want fresh installation without destroying the droplet because my phpmyadmin is not working and also by configuring the domain its still showing the IP values…

You can reset your Droplet from the “Destroy” tab.
Browse to the control panel, select your Droplet, click on the “Destroy” Tab, then on “Rebuild”, and click on “Rebuild from image”.
Keep in mind that this will DESTROY EVERYTHING ON YOUR DROPLET
