I have a temporary mail server running on EC2 instance and my domain on DoD and I’d like to set a PTR record for it. How can I do it?

Hi there @gustavohenrique,
In order to set up a PTR record, you need to do this via the provider who has authority over the IP address. For example, if your IP is managed by DigitalOcean, you need to set up the PTR record via your DigitalOcean account. And if your IP is managed by AWS, you need to do that through AWS.
Hope that this helps. Regards, Bobby
