I can not seem to get HTTPS working on the invoice ninja droplet. Have followed the default instructions and tried through putty. help?

It looks like the command listed under Invoice Ninja page is not formatted well which might be causing the issue for you, I would recommend using this command here instead:
sudo certbot -d domain.com -d www.domain.com

Firstly, you need to have connected your instance to a domain.
Access your server through SSH then use the following command:
sudo certbot -d example.com
This worked for me.
