How do I notify DO I will be using same PayPal information for a client's account?

Hello there. I work as a freelancer and I just finished a job for a client who doesn't have PayPal Account but wants to pay for the server for the full year. Well, I took responsibility (cause I didn't know what I was getting into) and now I know DO prohibits the sharing of PayPal accounts.

But they also say "without notifying DO in advance". Well, from my own personal account I opened a Ticket an a support member explained to me the account will go flagged and that I would need to provide more information. That's fine by me.

Is this what they call "notifying DO of the intent in advance"? An I ready to do this now? Do you think I'll have a problem with this? I don't intend to do fraud or anything. Just trying to finish this project and move on for Christmas.

Yes. You are good to go. The system that flags accounts for review is automated but by reaching out first the process can be expedited.
