Each droplet comes with one IPv4 address. Multiple IPs per droplet are currently not available due to the limited global availability of IPv4 address space.

Each new droplet comes with a dedicated IP address. The droplet can have one IPv4 address, but we can also issue up to 16 IPv6 addresses per droplet. You can read more about IPv6 here: https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/networking/ipv6/
