Yesterday my droplet was shut down because it said it had contributed to a DDoS attack but I had put in alot of work into that droplet already so I would like to know how to recover my wordpress files from that droplet.

Hello, @sleepforboth
Our team should’ve sent you an email with instructions/information on what’s needed. Can you check if you’re received such an email from our support team? Usually when this happens the networking of the droplet will be disabled until the DDoS is no longer occurring.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards, Alex
Yes the team has sent me an answer but it says that I have to contact support but considering your support is so slow with answering I tried to get some help on the questions page.
