How do I restore the server of my webpage after a breif suspension of the account?

After 1 month of non payment, we received an email informing us the suspension of the account. Immediately we checked and the credit card that we have been using for the recurring payment stop working, we made the payment immediately after. We are not specialists, and we paid a web developer to help us create the webpage, 2 years ago. We would like to solve it ourselves, without the help of the developer. But the webpage is still not working, what do we have to do to solve this?.
