I tried running
sudo yarn global add ghost-cli@latest
*But get the following error: Working directory is not a recognisable Ghost installation. *

You most probably have tried it but can you please confirm you did run the commend in the actual directory of the Ghost Website? If you haven’t please do the following
And then again run the same command.
