How do I view detailed billing info for each of my droplets?

Each of my droplets is for different customers. I need to know my cost for each droplet so I can invoice customers. I can’t seem to find this information.

If you navigate to the billing page, you should see a link titled: View this month’s usage and charges Clicking that link will generate a PDF invoice that breaks down the charge per droplet:

  • There is no link.

    When I click Billing, I see only the following two sections:

    • Email Confirmation - this section has a button called Resend confirmation email
    • Promo Code - this section contains a single box to enter a promo code.

    There are no other links.

    The page is titled Billing

    Along the left hand there is a column with the following options:

    • CREATE
    • Droplets
    • Images
    • SSH Keys
    • Billing (currently highlighted)
    • Support
    • DNS
    • APS & API

    Below this is two icons, the gear icon for settings, and the exit icon for logout.

  • The billing page should look like:

    If for some reason you are not seeing this. Please open a support ticket so the team can investigate why and give you a direct link to your invoice.

  • I figured it out, the answer lies in the email confirmation. This step must be complete before DO allows access to billing details.
