How long does DO take to answer abuse-replies?

I had a test site that was hacked into, the droplet was flagged as abuse. However, this has been resolved, but DO is not responding to abuse replies. Anyone know how long they take or if they even have employees looking into this anymore?

The ticket number is 03184802. However, I am more concerned on why the email reply I sent is being ignored, is that normal?
