Created a droplet yesterday and installed Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64 bit desktop then installed AMP on top of it (already had L).
I can Putty into it from windoze and use command line but how do I use the Ubuntu Desktop remotely ?

The remote console is really meant for emergency out-of-band access, I recommend installing VNC if you’re going to use the desktop frequently: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/228
form your account click on the console access, it will actually be your vnc :)
