I take a snopshot of a instance and deploy as a new droplet. SFTP username and password is same. I want to change that. Is there any command to update SFTP username and password.

Like @Geekologist said, SFTP is basically using the SSH protocol. You could do anything of the following:
- Create a new user and delete the old user
adduser newuser
and
deluser olduser
- Make a new password for the current user
passwd
This should help
SFTP is based on SSH, so you need to edit the user on the server if you want to change it.
