How to connect to server remotely in recovery environment?
Unfortunately, my WordPress site was hacked and serving malware. DigitalOcean has disconnected it from the network.
I followed this guide to place it in recovery environment. Then, I requested to reconnect its network in my ticket.
After that, I was informed that my server network was reconnected and always active.
But i can’t connect to it via SSH or SFTP. I always get the “Timeout error”.
On web console, I also tried to use
scp to copy backup files into another server, but it didn’t work too.
I asked about the “Timeout error” in my ticket and a support staff told me to follow this guide again.
I’m so confusing. The backup files are really important!
Could someone please tell me what to do step by step?
