Hi there,
Unfortunately, my WordPress site was hacked and serving malware. DigitalOcean has disconnected it from the network.
I followed this guide to place it in recovery environment. Then, I requested to reconnect its network in my ticket.
After that, I was informed that my server network was reconnected and always active.
But i can’t connect to it via SSH or SFTP. I always get the “Timeout error”.
On web console, I also tried to use scp to copy backup files into another server, but it didn’t work too.
I asked about the “Timeout error” in my ticket and a support staff told me to follow this guide again.
I’m so confusing. The backup files are really important!
Could someone please tell me what to do step by step?

Hello, @janeluc123
When you’re connected on the web console can you confirm if the networking is working, e.g can you ping any other host? If the network is still disconnected you can contact our team to have this sorted.
Hope this helps!
Regards, Alex
