i 've read a lot of HA, haproxy articles only in ubuntu. Are there any complete tutorial in centos 7 + floating ip + nginx?

There are alot of ways, for example:
- Use a fast web service, for example NGINX + PHP5-FPM
- If its getting a high load, setup a load balancer to balance the incomming connections
- Use things like Caching, CDN , Compression
- Optimize all sources (images, CSS delivery etc.)
