In the Configuration Manager console, go to the Administration workspace, expand Cloud Services, and select Cloud Management Gateway. Select Create Cloud Management Gateway in the ribbon. On the General page of the wizard, select Sign in. Authenticate with an Azure Subscription Owner account.
