Now I created 1 droplet with Singapore region and our stackholders want to access our system from Europe and US with faster. Can I create more droplets form other regions and link with 1st droplet or not?

You could but you would also need a way to route requests based on the end user’s location so it could get to be a pretty complicated setup if you’re running a single web site. If you’re running at a smaller scale I would recommend looking into a service like CloudFlare. They provide a global reverse caching service which will ensure that your content is served by servers closer to your audience while allowing you to manage just a single server.
