I have cloud.smilaxcrm.com which point to 206.189.20.11 but now I purchased another droplet called demo\asset, can I add subdomin like ‘asset.smilaxcrm.com’ then point to 64.225.28.115?

Yes, that is entirely possible.
I can see smilaxcrm.com is using DigitalOcean’s nameservers. In this case, you’ll need to add the subdomain from your control panel here.
Once you are in the control panel, add the A record for your subdomain like any other you would and that’s it.
