Hi,
I created an account and added 5 usd via Paypal. After that, my account has been locked with no clear reason (even though I created 2 ticket, 1 email to support, 1 post on community but no one help me).
Now, I’m quit but I can not delete the locked account (I don’t want my information stored by you - DigitalOcean). Please help me to do that.

I think your account isn’t verified and that’s why you can’t do anything on the site. Afaik every account needs to undergo some verification to use DO services. Just open a ticket and follow the instructions, they’ll unlock your account and you’ll be able to use all services.
PS: My account too wasn’t verified and was locked, DO staff were pretty helpful and guided me through the whole process (I messed up by sending wrong documents and opening multiple tickets on the site, they were pretty chill and removed the restrictions once I sent the proper verification details)
EDIT: Just saw your mention of support tickets, give them a day or two, I know over 5 people who made DO accounts, almost everyone had to wait for couple of days before their account were active
