Hi,
I tied to use my company email (microsoft 365) t the server to get allertts from grafana . Bu I coulden’t acces to SMTP on microsoft. What is the sollution for thi problem. There is no FW config.

SMTP ports 25, 465, and 587 are blocked on Droplets to prevent spam and other abuses on our platform. This block applies to all Droplets by default and includes traffic passing through a Reserved IP address.
Are you trying to configure SMTP alerts for Grafana, or is this another setup?

I ran into this before it is rarely a Grafana issue itself. The server or hosting setup often blocks SMTP or requires specific credentials. Using a managed hosting environment that fully supports email services like arzhost can save a lot of troubleshooting time.
