I’m getting problem with my server. so i created ticket. Supporter told me to get these info. I dont know anything about all these, so please help me to get.
Please provide us with:
The mtr/traceroute from yourself to the droplet
The mtr/traceroute from the droplet to your public IP (you can do this via the web console, if necessary)
Who is your ISP?

What they mean is to tell them the output of a traceroute. Ie:
From the place you see problems, Login and type: traceroute (or tracert ) then the IP / Hostname of the remote server that is having problems.
Then do the same from the remote location back to your original server.
This will give you and output showing all the “hops” / Network devices that your data goes through to reach a remote destination.
Note, Its not 100% useful. It wont show “all” hops. but will give you a good indication of where a problem lies.
mtr is also another command worth running that will give you a little more info about each hop.
