And one more question my blog gets about 5000 Uniques a day with max 6-7K pageviews my page size Avg is 700KB and I also want to enable CloudFlare so what should I choose as a web server Nginx Or Apache is Apache+FastCGI enough?

Hi Garv,
If you don’t want to use Varnish or Memcached on Cloudways then you can simply turn them off. But we recommend you keep them on. If you are using WordPress then there is nothing to worry about.
Just use Cloudways’ recommended setting for Varnish. For Memcached you don’t need to tweak anything, same goes for Apache and Nginx.
You can also add Cloudflare easily while on Cloudways using DigitalOcean. I recently wrote about adding Cloudflare to WP sites here: http://www.cloudways.com/blog/how-to-install-cloudflare-cdn-wordpress/
