how to Recovery droplets after 72 unpaid billing

I forgot to pay a billing and after 5 days all my droplets was remove what I can to do for get my droplets back ?

When a droplet is destroyed either for billing reasons or from the control panel a final backup image is created. These backup images exist for 48 hours and allow you to restore a droplet. In the control panel these images can be found on the create page under the "Destroyed Droplets" tab.

Unfortunately after 48 hours these images are deleted so if it has been longer than this they may no longer be available to restore.

  • UPDATE: We are no longer offering automatic final backups on destroyed droplets. Please be sure you have backups enabled or another backup solution in place. Destroyed droplets cannot be restored unless you have created a backup or snapshot image of the droplet.

" Recently Destroyed Droplets -> You have no recently destroyed droplets " does it means what I lost all my droplets and droplet data ?

  • It does. From the time a droplet is destroyed either via the control panel or due to a billing issue you have 48 hours to resolve the issue before the final images are deleted. This will usually provide a total of 27-28 days from the date a bill is due to resolve it.
