I forgot to pay a billing and after 5 days all my droplets was remove what I can to do for get my droplets back ?

When a droplet is destroyed either for billing reasons or from the control panel a final backup image is created. These backup images exist for 48 hours and allow you to restore a droplet. In the control panel these images can be found on the create page under the “Destroyed Droplets” tab.
Unfortunately after 48 hours these images are deleted so if it has been longer than this they may no longer be available to restore.
" Recently Destroyed Droplets -> You have no recently destroyed droplets " does it means what I lost all my droplets and droplet data ?
