I just did a fresh install of wowza on my ubuntu drop and when i try to verify if its running on port 1935 i get no respond, I also tried adding few more ports to the VHost.xml but still nothing on those ports, can anyone help me out please?

Hello, Check if you have any firewall running (UFW or IPTables). If so, you need to open the port before you can get a respond from it externally.
