How to set up my payment details in order to pay my recurring fees automatically? I can’t pay all fees one by one separately by hand. Ex. with paypal.

PayPal can only be used to manually add credit to your account, which will then be automatically used for billing at the end of each month.
If you wish for fully automated payments of your fees, you will need to add a credit/debit card to your account.
