Hi Team,
I trust you are well and safe. We are providing chat support through Linked In. Most of our team is in UK and Europe. However Our support team is providing support from Pakistan. So we need to use the Linked In accounts simultaneously from two different locations. Therefore we need static IP so that our messages are not considered as spam. So please let us know if you have a solution to help us in the stated circumstances.
Looking forward to hearing from you asap.

Hi! I am well, thank you. Any Droplet you create will use the same IP address for as long as you keep it active and qualifies as a “static” IP address.
From there, it sounds like a VPN might be the solution you need so you can connect to the VPN from multiple points but then all outgoing traffic will be sourced from your Droplet’s IP.
This is one (of many) Droplet VPN tutorials available on the Community site: How To Set Up an OpenVPN Server on Ubuntu 18.04
Hope this helps - let us know if you have any other questions or feedback!
