This evening i’m ready to go into production, so I’ve release, and I halt -p (powered off) to take a snapshot.
This will server to duplicate server into another location.
The problem is that, AGAIN, the snapshot never ends… some days ago it taken more than 9 hours, but I’ve only a small 512MB/20GB droplet, until 1 week ago I taken snapshot in < 2 minutes.
This evening, here in Italy is 01.29 (of morning, it’s late night), my snapshot is running from 2 hours and support doesn’t reply to me.
How to restart my machine ?!

Customer support reply: <br> <br>“Unfortunately we are not able to stop the snapshot events. <br> <br>There is currently a slight backlog on the scheduler, which is slowing down event processing. Which is why the event hasn’t processed as quickly as usual. <br> <br>We are clearing out the backend scheduler and soon as that is finished all event processing will return to normal including the events that were queued into the scheduler. <br> <br>I have credited your account $5 for the inconvenience.” <br> <br>the problem is not the 5$, the problem is it’s happened two times in 4 days !
this is insane! it’s hapenning to me right now. how can digitalocean let this happen.
WHAT??? CANT STOP A SNAPSHOT??? WHY THE HELL YOU DONT SAY THAT BEFORE WE START A SNAPSHOT? WHAT DO I DO NOW WITH MY SERVER DOWN?? OMG!!!
