How to update pg_cast table in Postgres Managed database?

Hi,

How can I update the pg_cast table?; when i try to update, I am getting below error

ERROR: permission denied for table pg_cast

is there any way to get the required permission?

The reason you are receiving these warning messages is that the pg_catalog schema is owned by the Postgres superuser role that users do not have access to.

This schema contains built-in types and functions and is important to our management of the service; without this, some of our monitoring and management code would not be able to function. due to this, we cannot grant ownership of the schema to users.
