What is the reason for this report?

I am creating a script for deploying droplets, the examples show a prepopulated ip. Where does this come from?

If you look at this guide: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/an-introduction-to-droplet-metadata

You’ll see the ip address: 169.254.169.254

Where is that coming from if you are creating a new droplet?
