I created a droplet to downsize our another droplet but since then we are not able to connect to our new droplet that we created for downsize purpose.

If you created a droplet but are unable to access this new droplet via it’s IP address or via the console I would recommend that you delete it an create a new one.
To help troubleshoot in more detail please let us know a bit more about what you’re doing:
1.) How are you attempting to downsize your old droplet? 2.) What OS or Image did you use to create this new droplet?
