What is the reason for this report?

I can't see my conversation with support

I have an open ticket with support, but now I can’t see our previous messages and the issue hasn’t been solved. My websites are down and I’m having a lot of trouble with my customers. Can somebody help me? Is there a number I can call?

Thank you. They got in touch via email, but someone else had opened so I missed it. Thank you for your fast response.

You can find it somewhere in your conversation with them, they have great support, but the problem if you are like me you will not understand what they say. Even me I have an issue with my website. Could you please explain your issue in a question you may find someone who can help you. I am a little bit upset regarding your issue and me also. More than a week in the same place and my problem could not be solved anywhere.
