I haven’t been able to log in to my account that is associated with GitHub for several days.
I have already contacted support but had no answers. My website is running on a Droplet and I will soon be charged without taking advantage of the service.
The message I get when I try to sign in is that my account does not exist. If I try to register, I receive a notice that the account already exists.

Hey @claudioyvens10,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?
Hope that helps! - Matt.
