Created 2 email servers configured with MX and PTR, SPF apparently correct. I can send emails to various servers including gmail, hotmail but users do not receive the email. In my log shows that he was sent to the queue, but without error, and the recipient does not receive hotmail. Follow the log:

It’s because your mail server does not have a reverse dns lookup associated with the IP address you are sending mail from. Without one most mail servers just drop the messages. I’m not to digital ocean but i would assume they have control over reverse dns entries and can set one for the static ip of your mail server.
