What is the reason for this report?

I got a wrong ticket.

Yesterday, I made a new web server using ubuntu. What I did was install Aparche2, PHP and MySQL. And this morning I install certification for SSH. There is nothing except those. I haven’t started to make a webpage yet. Just default PHP and apache webpage are there. Why I have got a ticket likes below? I already got the same email from you 4 times. Every time I re-deployed my new servers. But I don’t want to do that anymore. Why I have to get the ticket from yours even though there are no services.
