I owe $0.81 to Digital ocean. I want to deactivate this account. How do I pay only that specific amount?

It sounds like maybe you are using PayPal? Unfortunately, with PayPal you are only able to add set amounts of credit to your account. If you use a credit card, you can use the “pay now” button to charge your card. If you are trying to close out your account and still have PayPay credits, file a support ticket and the team will help you get squared away.
