I receive emails, but I can't send

I installed Exim and Dovecot (in WEBUZO) and I trying to send an email, but didn’t work. In SquirrelMail I receive all emails, but I can’t send… no message appears for me.

I already restart the services and my VPS, but no success.

What Can I Do?



You must open a support ticket and ask to enable your email. Digital Ocean will ask you some information and will enable your server to send email.

It is for security reasons.

I Have same problem with this guy in squaremail webuzo, I can reseive email but i can’t send email from webuzo squaremail without any error reporting. The email basicly send but i never receive in another email address like gmail etc. Anyway, I use vps & centos 6.x

WHAT CAN I DO??? can anyone help for this issue?

Due to a large amount of abuse from spammers creating new accounts, in some use cases an SMTP block may be enabled by default preventing outgoing traffic on port 25 and 587 on new accounts. I’d recommend opening a ticket with our support team and asking whether there is a block in place and ask that it be removed if there is. If that is the problem our support team should be able to remove the block and have you up and running in a few minutes.
