I want to resize current block storage (volume) but I afraid to lose all user images which stores there. So before starting I wants to be sure that everything would be saved.

Yes, resizing a Volume to a larger size will preserve everything stored on it. Once you’ve resized the raw storage device though, you will need to update the filesystem to reflect the new size.
