If your account has been suspended, is raising a support ticket the only way to get in to make the payment and add a new card
I worked out what had happened - card payment failure emails were being sent to an old email address. So I didn’t get them.
Can’t get into the site to pay and add a new card.
My customers data is on there. I can’t lose it.
So is a support ticket the only way to get into the account to pay?
