If your account has been suspended, is raising a support ticket the only way to get in to make the payment and add a new card

I worked out what had happened - card payment failure emails were being sent to an old email address. So I didn’t get them. Can’t get into the site to pay and add a new card. My customers data is on there. I can’t lose it.

So is a support ticket the only way to get into the account to pay?

I have access to the account email address again, but i can’t log in as i am not getting the verification codes. I think the account is suspended. Should i be able to get the codes?

Yes. If you do not have access to your account email address you’ll need to open a ticket from another address by emailing

If you have the ability to reclaim or recreate your account email address this will be the quickest way to regain access to your account.
