Even if you are the backup is impossible to restore them. My droplet is down from an hour, I can’t restore backup, even if present, and support does not respond. Terrible service.

I’m really sorry that you’re having trouble with your droplet. For issues specific to your droplet such as it not responding, the best course of action is to open a support ticket with us so we can investigate.
