Hi.
I’m new to digitalocean and i’m trying to get up a 32G VM. What are the conditions I have to meet to do that ? Does my credit have to be above a limit ? What is said limit ? Does it have to be above such a limit all the time (i want to rent it hourly not have it run continuously) ?
