Incorrect folder selected. (domain) is not being served from the folder: /httpdocs/

Hi. Greetings. I have been trying to use the Blogvault service to be able to migrate my site to Digital Ocean. My new website is in wordpress ok Plesk. When I enter all the credentials it gives me access to the directory; However, when I choose the directory where the wordpress installation is where I am going to send the migration, it gives me the following error:

Incorrect folder selected. http://bcs.news is not being served from the folder: /httpdocs/

My acces is for FTP. I changed the permissions in Fileazilla to the all folders of the wordpress installation in Digital Ocean, but the problem persists
