I'm looking to setup a server where I can have a playground for Discourse plugins/development that I'd like to pursue. It won't have any live visitors, as I have no plans on exposing it to anyone.

Would going with an hourly rate be the best option for me? I imagine that number of hours I would use it would be far smaller than the $10.00 a month plan as I would have to use it for 660+ hours.
