hello I run wordpress website using Ubuntu 14.04 + LEMP + FAST CGI + W3 TOTAL CACHE + CDN
I read variety of tutorial regading to optimizaion, people say don’t minify css or java
btw I would like to use minify plug in in wordpress to more optimize on my website. is it ok to use
minify plugin?

Since javascript and css are interpreted client-side by the browser the choice of web server should not matter in your choice whether to minify the code. As long as the Wordpress plugin you are using simply minifies the css and js you should not encounter any problems.
