We do have installer and we like to use in cloud. Is it possible to install .msi or .run (ubunto software)?

It is possible to run an .msi installer using Wine and a helper program under Ubuntu. Whether this will work without errors or the underlying windows software will run properly in the Wine environment however will vary. I would recommend against using Windows software running on Linux under Wine in a production environment.
