I created an account today and tried to tie up a credit card as I was asked to do. In the beginning I tried with my Neteller mastercard and got refused. Ok, I thought maybe some problems because Neteller is a payment system and not a bank (but they eligible to issue mastercard). Second attempt was to use my paypal account (as it turned out my credit card has expired). At last I tried with my credit card issued by my local bank. Got denied because as it turned out DO charge me 5 usd (not just simply tie my credit card) and I have sms authentication in my bank account. In prevous ticket I was told that I am permanently banned and thats it. I can provide ANYTHING (goverment id, card id, bank statements, whatever), but support just prefered simply block me for life and thats it.
