You can ask our team to check if this one is still available and if it can be used to restore your droplet from. My suggestion is to always have an offsite backup of your droplet/site in case something like this happens.

You can contact our support team and ask them to check this for you. Keep in mind that we can’t guarantee that there is a backup of your droplet. The only chance we still have a backup of the droplet is if the account was not closed a long time ago and if you had any backup snapshots available before closing the account as well.
