In the Applications section there is an option to install a LAMP stack or a LEMP stack, is there any chance of getting a LHMP stack option (for Ubuntu 14.04)?

I guess you are talking about the Hiawatha webserver. I don’t think there is a chance for LHMP stack. You can try to compile and install Hiawatha webserver by your self. Here is a how to tutorial on Hiawatha. Hiawatha Tutorial
