Hi everybody! I am new user in DigitalOcean, i posted my server in droplet and its works nice … my api has a little part which will get info from another website (that’s scraped from web site) and this website returned empty content (does not give access) i also cheked ping to ip adress website- ping returned answer, this website (which i am doing scraping) works in CIS countries very nice. Now my droplet location is Amsterdam. To do change droplet location or install any vpn … guys please give me any idea for solving this problem

There is no automatic way of moving the droplet between regions. Having said that, DigitalOcean has a pretty straightforward documentation on how one can do this without too much hassle. It includes creating a snapshot and then recreating a droplet with that same snapshot in the region you wish. You can check all that here :

Now, that was one of your options. The second one was to use a VPN as you suggested. To use a VPN, you’ll need a new droplet and install a VPN client there. I’ll recommend using OpenVPN. To configure this VPN, I’ll recommend using the following tutorial :
